  • The Company (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) values users' personal information and complies with laws and regulations related to personal information protection.

    Member management for: identity verification for membership service use, personal identification, prevention of fraudulent use by bad actors and unauthorized access, confirmation of intent to join, restrictions on sign-ups and sign-up frequency, verification of legal guardian consent when collecting personal information from children under 14, subsequent verification of legal guardian identity, record retention for dispute resolution, and complaint handling.

    ② New Service Development and Marketing Through Advertising Utilization

    Development of new services and provision of specialized services, service provision and ad placement based on statistical characteristics, tracking access frequency, providing event information and participation opportunities, providing promotional information, telemarketing for new product announcements, and statistical analysis of member service usage.

  • 3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information

    The personal information of “Members” shall, in principle, be destroyed in a manner that prevents recovery once the purpose for which it was collected or provided has been achieved. However, the “Company” may retain certain personal information of a ‘Member’ for one year from the date of termination of the service agreement to prevent recurrence of fraudulent use by some problematic “Members.” Furthermore, where retention is necessary pursuant to relevant laws and regulations, such as the Commercial Act or the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc., the “Company” shall store the “Member's” personal information for a specific period as stipulated by such laws and regulations. In such cases, the “Company” shall use the stored information solely for the purpose of its retention, and the retention periods are as follows.

  • 5. User Rights and How to Exercise Them

    Users may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of their personal information at any time. Such requests can be made through the ‘Edit My Information’ menu within the service. However, requests to delete certain information may be restricted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

  • 6. Measures to Ensure the Security of Personal Information

    The Company implements the following technical measures to ensure the security of Members' personal information and prevent its loss, theft, leakage, alteration, or damage. Members' personal information is thoroughly protected through encryption. Only the Member themselves should know their ID and password, and verification or modification of personal information is only possible by the Member who knows the password. Therefore, Members must not disclose their passwords to anyone. To this end, the Company strongly recommends that Members log out (LOG-OUT) online and close their web browser after finishing use on a PC. This procedure is especially recommended when using a shared PC or in public places (such as companies, schools, libraries, or internet cafes) to prevent personal information from being disclosed to others. The “Company” makes every effort to prevent the leakage or damage of “Members'” personal information due to hacking or computer viruses. To prepare for damage to personal information, data is backed up regularly. The latest antivirus programs are used to prevent the leakage or damage of “Members'” personal information or data, and encrypted communication is employed to ensure the secure transmission of personal information over networks. Furthermore, the Company employs intrusion prevention systems to control unauthorized external access and strives to implement all possible technical measures to ensure system security. Access to personal information is strictly limited to designated personnel, who receive regular training emphasizing compliance with the Company's personal information handling policy.   • 8. Matters Concerning Soliciting Opinions and Handling Complaints Related to Personal Information

    The Company solicits feedback from Members regarding personal information protection and has established all necessary procedures and methods to address complaints. Members may report complaints via phone or email by referring to the affiliation, name, and contact information of the Company's personal information management officer and responsible personnel listed below. The Company will provide prompt and adequate responses to Members' reports. Alternatively, Members may apply for complaint resolution through the following government-established and operated institutions.

Should any incident occur that violates the privacy protection measures communicated to Members, the Personal Information Management Officer shall be held responsible. The responsibility for maintaining the security of passwords associated with Member IDs lies solely with the respective Member. The Company will never directly ask Members for their passwords by any means. Therefore, please take special care to prevent password disclosure to others. Exercise particular caution when accessing online services in public places. The Company has designated a Personal Information Management Officer and responsible personnel to handle feedback and complaints regarding personal information.
